Digital products are generally non-returnable once downloaded. ClipChaos may issue refunds for duplicate charges, non-delivery due to platform error, or materially misdescribed products reported within 7 days of purchase.

How to request

Email hello@clipchaos.in with order ID, product name, and reason. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
