Refund Policy

Digital products are generally not returnable once downloaded. ClipChaos refunds duplicate charges, files that could not be delivered because of our error, and products that were materially misdescribed, when reported within 7 days of purchase.
How to ask
Use the button below, or email hello@clipchaos.in. Tell us the product, the email you bought with and what was wrong. The order ID helps but is not required: it is in your delivery email and next to each item in My purchases. We aim to reply within 2 business days.
