Today everything is flat 8% so the product is honest and simple.

The details, plainly
- What does ClipChaos charge?
- A flat 8% of each sale. There is no monthly fee, no setup fee and no listing fee. Free products cost nothing to list or give away.
- What is included in the 8%?
- Everything. Payment gateway charges come out of our 8%, not out of your share, so you keep 92% of the price the buyer pays. On a ₹499 sale you receive ₹459.08.
- What can I charge?
- Any price from ₹19 to ₹1,00,000, or free. You can type the price in rupees or US dollars; it is stored and charged in rupees.
- What can I sell, and how large can the file be?
- Any digital file you made or have the right to sell: PDFs, templates, presets, notes, audio, zip bundles. Up to ten files per product, each up to 50 MB.
- How long until my product is live?
- It is live the moment you publish. Our team checks every new listing within two days. A listing that breaks the rules is taken down and you are told why, so you can fix it and send it back.
- How and when do I get paid?
- Add a UPI ID or bank account in Settings. Once ₹100 is ready, press Request payout on your Earnings page and our team sends it to that account within 3 working days. Earnings from a new product are released once that product has been checked.
- How do I pay, and in which currency?
- Checkout is in Indian rupees through Razorpay: UPI, Indian cards and netbanking. Prices can be shown in US dollars for reference. International cards are not accepted yet.
- How do I get my file?
- Straight after payment, on the order page and by email. No account is needed. The download link works for 30 days and 20 downloads; if you bought while signed in, the product stays in My purchases.
- Can I get a refund?
- Digital products are generally not returnable once downloaded. We refund duplicate charges, files that could not be delivered because of our error, and products that were materially misdescribed, when reported within 7 days. Email hello@clipchaos.in with your order ID.
