ClipChaos is an India-first commerce platform where creators sell digital products — templates, frameworks, kits, and systems. Buyers pay with UPI, cards, or netbanking via Razorpay, and the product is delivered to their email instantly after payment.
Your download link is emailed to you within a minute of payment. Lost the email? Go to clipchaos.in/my-purchases, enter your checkout email, and you'll get a secure link to re-download everything you've ever bought — no account or password needed.
UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, or any UPI app), all major debit and credit cards, and netbanking — processed securely by Razorpay. ClipChaos never sees or stores your card or UPI details.
Listing is free. The free plan charges 9% per transaction; the founding Pro plan (₹999/month) charges 7% per transaction and locks that pricing in for founding creators. Payment-gateway charges are included in these fees.
Payouts are transferred to your bank account after Razorpay settles the payment, which typically takes 2–3 business days from the sale. Your dashboard shows every sale moving through pending → processing → paid, so you always know where your money is.
Digital products are delivered instantly and can't be returned, so all sales are generally final. You always get a refund for duplicate payments, payments where delivery failed and couldn't be fixed, or files that are corrupted or materially different from their description. Refund requests are answered within 48 hours.
Yes. Payments are processed end-to-end by Razorpay, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment gateway used by millions of Indian businesses. ClipChaos only receives confirmation that the payment succeeded — never your card number, CVV, or UPI PIN.
