1. What ClipChaos is
ClipChaos (clipchaos.in) is a marketplace for digital products, operated by Rishik Sai Bandari, India. Buyers purchase digital downloads; creators list and sell them. Payments are processed by Razorpay.
2. Buying
- Prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of all taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Your product is delivered by email; download links stay active for 30 days.
- Purchases grant a personal, non-transferable license to use the product. Reselling or redistributing purchased files is prohibited.
- Refunds are governed by the refund policy.
3. Selling
- You must own or hold rights to everything you upload. Plagiarized, infringing, illegal, or misleading products are removed and can lead to account termination.
- Every product is reviewed before it becomes visible to buyers.
- Platform fees: 9% per transaction on the free plan, 7% on Pro. Fees are deducted from the sale amount.
- Payouts are transferred to your bank after Razorpay settles the payment (typically 2–3 business days from the sale). Identity/KYC verification may be required before payouts are enabled.
- You are responsible for your own tax obligations on your earnings.
4. Acceptable use
No attempts to defraud buyers, creators, or the platform; no abusing download links, payment flows, or other users' content; no interfering with the service's operation.
5. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClipChaos's liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Products are created by independent creators; ClipChaos reviews listings but does not guarantee specific outcomes from using any product.
