Refund policy

Digital products are delivered instantly

Every product on ClipChaos is a digital download delivered to your email within minutes of payment. Because the product cannot be “returned” once downloaded, all sales are generally final.

You always get a refund when

• You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate payment).
• Payment succeeded but delivery failed and we couldn't fix it within 48 hours.
• The files are corrupted, incomplete, or materially different from the product description — and we can't supply a corrected copy.

How to request one

Reply to your delivery email, or write to rishiksaipersonal@gmail.com with your order ID (it's in the delivery email). Requests are answered within 48 hours. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method via Razorpay, which typically credits it in 5–7 business days.
