Privacy policy

What we collect

• Buyers: your email address (for delivery) and order details. That's it.
• Creators: account email, display name, product listings, and — if you set up payouts — masked KYC references. Full PAN, bank, and identity documents are collected and stored by Razorpay, not by us.
• Waitlist: name, email, and what you create.
• Analytics: anonymous page and funnel events (product views, checkout clicks) with truncated IPs for rate-limiting. No advertising trackers, no data sales.

What we never see

Card numbers, CVVs, UPI PINs, and bank passwords go directly to Razorpay (PCI DSS Level 1 certified). They never touch ClipChaos servers.

How data is used

To deliver purchases, run creator payouts, send order and account emails, prevent fraud and abuse, and understand which products people care about. Emails you receive come from a monitored inbox — replying reaches a human.

Storage & sharing

Data lives in Supabase (hosted in Mumbai, India) and Google Workspace. It is shared only with the processors needed to run the service — Razorpay (payments), Vercel (hosting), Google (email/sheets) — and never sold.

Want your data exported or deleted? Email rishiksaipersonal@gmail.com and it's done within 30 days, subject to records we must keep for tax and payment-law compliance.
